This inventory contains all applicable terms and conditions per employee for which the staff transfer obligation applies. As this overview contains privacy sensitive information there will be two versions, one containing the actual names and details of the people that is only used at HR, one containing only details needed for the transition streams.
Please be aware that the example provided is NOT A TEMPLATE as in some countries other information might be required. Always check with the local HR departments!
Also obtain copies of all relevant policies and assess eligibility of the staff for those policies while creating the Staff Transfer List. |
